After more than eight years as the Founding Directors of Realise Energy Services, Sheridan Jenkins and Mark Jennison will be stepping back from their operational roles. They will remain shareholders and strong advocates of the business.
Last September the Company completed the investment into Realise Energy Services by Rockpool Investments LLP. Twelve months later, the Founding Directors feel this is the right time for them to hand over leadership to the new team as the company positions itself for ambitious organic and acquisitive growth.
Realise Energy Services has truly established itself as a leader in the medium onshore wind sector since its inception. Realise’s success is a testament to the talent, dedication and hard work of every member of the Realise team and the wider support of our customers, suppliers and other partners.
Greig Bucker will step up to the role of CEO, and Ryan Penman, Operations Director, will be promoted to join the board. These promotions are a testament to the value they have both brought to Realise since joining the Company, and the high esteem in which they are held by their colleagues. Tim Blackmore also joined the company as Sales and Business Development Manager in April.
With the continued support from the Realise Board, the Realise team, Rockpool and all of the Company’s partners, this combination will help deliver existing plans for growth and development as well as create new opportunities for the company as it continues to thrive.
